Brennan is a family guy at heart — a proud husband to his wife (who happens to share his name) and a dad who loves nothing more than time with his kids. When he’s not talking leadership, education, or coaching, he can usually be found attempting to be a runner, or doing his best to keep up with life at home. Brennan loves the opportunity to connect with groups of all kinds — from leaders, staff and students to families and community members — and believes growth happens best through laughter and honest reflection. His hope is that every audience leaves not just thinking, maybe even a little moved, but feeling ready to grow.
